• Assist customers with cosmetic product selection
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain product display and store cleanliness
• Support sales transactions and billing processes
• Coordinate with team for smooth store operations
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages

• Minimum SLC or +2 level education
• Basic knowledge of cosmetics and customer service
• Familiarity with MS Office and billing systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
