Key Responsibilities

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, teamwork, and professional behavior.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Experience / Training

  • Candidates with prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
  • Practical training or internship in front desk or office administration is an advantage.
  • Hands-on knowledge from computer or management training institutes is valued.
  • Experience handling visitors, calls, or customer queries is a plus.
