The purpose of the Content Creator + VAT Bill Executive role is to support both promotional activities and billing operations. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content for products and social media, preparing VAT bills accurately, and supporting day-to-day customer-related tasks. This position contributes directly to smooth daily operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. Strong communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a responsible attitude are essential for success in this role. Freshers or candidates with relevant training, motivation, and basic computer/practical skills are also encouraged to apply. Create promotional content for products and social media pages
• Handle VAT bill preparation and billing records accurately
• Maintain customer purchase records and transaction details
• Support daily store operations and customer service activities
• Monitor billing accuracy and product information updates
• Assist team members with regular operational tasks

Minimum SLC, +2 completed or equivalent qualification preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and billing-related skills required
• Familiarity with social media content creation is preferred
