Counsellor

A reputed consultancy located in Tinkune, Kathmandu is hiring a motivated Counsellor to support client guidance and daily consultancy operations. This role focuses on understanding client needs, providing accurate information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery. 1. Guide clients on consultancy services and procedures
2. Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
3. Maintain client records and update documentation regularly

1. Minimum education:  Bachelor’s preferred
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and documentation
3. Strong communication and client-handling skills
4. Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork ability
