Handle software and technical support requests from clients and internal users

Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and system issues

Support installation, configuration, and updates of software applications

Maintain records of technical issues and solutions provided

Coordinate with senior technical staff for complex problems

1. Minimum education: plus 2 or bachlor amd must have core accointing knowledge and customer dealing abilities.
2. Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and MS Office tools
3. Understanding of troubleshooting and IT support processes
4. Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
