A reputed Advertising & Marketing Company in Lalitpur, Gwarko is hiring a Customer Care Center professional to support daily client communication and service operations. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal marketing teams, and maintaining accurate service records.
The position plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction, supporting campaign execution, and strengthening long-term client relationships. Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

1. Reply to customer messages from 6 AM to 10 PM daily
2. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
3. Coordinate with marketing teams for client updates and follow-ups
4. Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
5. Support daily customer service and campaign communication tasks
6. Monitor customer feedback and report service issues
7. Assist in improving customer experience and retention

1. Minimum education: +2 completed (Bachelor’s preferred)
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools
3. Strong communication and customer handling skills
4. Good teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude
5. Freshers or training-completed candidates with basic computer knowledge can also apply
