Role Overview

We are looking for a polite, organized, and responsible Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our educational institute. The candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors and will support daily administrative and admission-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle inquiries related to courses, admissions, schedules, and general institute information
  • Maintain and update student records and data accurately
  • Collect course fees/payments and maintain proper payment records
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Maintain files, documents, and daily front desk records
  • Coordinate with counselors, teachers, and administrative staff
  • Support overall front desk and administrative operations

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle students and parents professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, data entry)
  • Well-organized, responsible, and punctual
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

Experience / Training

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to handle student and parent inquiries professionally
  • Training and guidance will be provided to selected candidates
